You need to feel full once a day.

or you just can’t maintain it. I can’t. Being hungry all the time sucks and I can’t sustain it.

So, move most of your calories into one meal, so you can feel full.

Don’t eat carbs. They just make you hungry again.

Hungry. A little depressed. Headaches. Trying not to use food to cheer up. Doing 16/8 IF. Eating whatever during. Was up to 213 , now down to 210. Who knows. Morning weight.

Day 20

Wow.  20 days flies by.

I will probably eat like crap today. I’m on the road, and early.

We’ll see.

 

I ate not too too bad.  Fruits and nuts until a Wendy’s burger and fries. then regular dinner, healthy.

 

 

Day 13

When:  11am

What: pbboats, Riviera Meatloaf and potatoes, beer

Done: 630pm

Exercise: Biked kids to school. Bike around lake. 10 total.

Observation. I suck at this. I eat crappy at night and that’s why this isn’t going to work.

 

Day 11

When: 930

What: PbBOatmeal, half apple turnover. too much.  i suck

Done:9:30

Exercise:  Biked with kids to school, then bike around lake. 7 mi

Observation:  I’m floundering right now.  Got discouraged by lack of progress on fasting.  I think I will go back to fasting though.

It seems that eating just makes me hungrier, often!

Yup. All I want to do is eat today.  Time to drink some tea!!
