Hunger

The first couple of days kind of suck being hungry, but you get used to it pretty fast.

Then, somedays, it just sucks again.

But a lot of time, being hungry feels good, because you know it’s working, that you’re doing something.

This last time, it was only the first day of being hungry that sucked. Now I’m into it. Strange, I know.

Whew!! This is tough.

194.5 lbs today. And I don’t eat till 5pm!! Mostly salad. Seems like it took 20 days to lose 2 lbs. Dang!!

That sucks. My metabolism must just be really, really slow. So this is going to take a while.

I do have cereal here and there, and few beers. This is probably slowing me down.

Still, my clothes are starting to get loose, and that’s a great thing.

Keep on trucking.

Next week, I should go hardcore, since the following two weeks are family vacation, and that’s going to be rough to stay on track. Maybe not though.

Post Weekend – Mondays are hard

On Friday, I was down to 196.3, now on Monday I’m 198.8

I did eat more this weekend, but it’s a trip how easy it is to gain weight fast. I think it’s probably water and salt or something like that.

Still, I just wanted to get through the weekend sub-200..

Monday’s are hard. Not eating till 5 is tougher after a little splurging.

197.5 LBS – Don’t eat till 5pm.

So, it works. I’ve done 3 days of not eating till 5 or 530. then I eat two bowls of meat and salad with dressing. I go pretty light on the dressing, but just because I don’t like it swimming. A couple of teaspoons of PB later, and that’s it.

I was stuck over 200 for weeks. And then i got strict again, and boom.

Want to celebrate? fuck it, you already ate it.

Just accomplished something really cool. I want to celebrate, go get a treat. I’m hungry too. But, fuck it, I can’t. I already ate it. And, I’m carrying around. I went celebrated nothing too early, and now I’m just wearing it.

Hang in there. This is a tough moment, but it will pass. And you’ll be stoked that you won.

Sub 200 lbs. It works. Milestone.

198.8 lbs.

Two days of not eating till 5pm. or 530. Then I have a meat and salad. Two bowls. And two tortilla chips. That’s it. I feel plenty full.

I will do another day or two like this, till the weekend cheat. Actually, Friday I have a gig, so I’ll probably get the awesome free dinner, and that’s the cheat day.

200.5 lbs – I was stuck for a while – Sometime you gotta starve

I was stuck for a while at 201 to 201 and it wouldn’t move. I had been eating too early, starting at 3pm and sneaking in a couple bowls of cereal.

Bad.

Carbs just make you more hungry.

To move the needle, some days you just gotta starve. I didn’t eat till 530 yesterday and it worked. And I was less hungry today, strangely. I did the same today.

Hope to be looking at sub200 tomorrow with shorts on.

Shorts weigh .5 lbs and pj bottoms about .7 lbs.

199.5 lbs!! I broke 200.

I am surprised! I am stoked. I broke 200. I’m sure I’ll bounce above and back down, but I’m here! Thank God. Ok. Now 190.

And I ate a big ass burger and had a few beers yesterday. nice.

What About Poop? How much does it affect your weight?

I don’t know what the average is. Maybe I can look it up. Usually it seems to have no difference if I weight before and after the deed.

Still, I just got back from the trip to the kiddie pool (old joke) and I 0.2 lbs lighter. So, there ya go. Not much, but some.

Also, poops are smaller, because I eat way less nowadays.

ok, i got this about poop. It averages 1/4 to 1 pound.
