Two days of not eating till 5pm. or 530. Then I have a meat and salad. Two bowls. And two tortilla chips. That’s it. I feel plenty full.

I will do another day or two like this, till the weekend cheat. Actually, Friday I have a gig, so I’ll probably get the awesome free dinner, and that’s the cheat day.
