Hard to believe that I’ve lost 10lbs and I’m still over 200. But, I’m making progress.
Yesterday I ate shredded pork with salad. twice. a little dressing on salad. second time i crumbled corn chips in. a handful.
I also ate half a can of spahetttios with meatballs and a few ounces of milk.
That’s it.
I thought it was pretty decadent.
