194.5 lbs today. And I don’t eat till 5pm!! Mostly salad. Seems like it took 20 days to lose 2 lbs. Dang!!
That sucks. My metabolism must just be really, really slow. So this is going to take a while.
I do have cereal here and there, and few beers. This is probably slowing me down.
Still, my clothes are starting to get loose, and that’s a great thing.
Keep on trucking.
Next week, I should go hardcore, since the following two weeks are family vacation, and that’s going to be rough to stay on track. Maybe not though.
